Key Responsibilities:


1. Understand the market and brand in detail


2. Strong analytical and creative ability


3. Clear plan on how to win in the market against competition, in a given category


4. Plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for our brands, with clear goals and metrics in mind


5. Clear understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns


6. Work with cross-functional teams to think of levers to lift the brand and grow it


7. Growth mindset and ambition to take ambitious targets

Qualification and Experience:


1. Master's degree in management/marketing, preferably from Tier 1 institutes


3. Preferred - Experience in face categories


4. Strong analytical bent of mind, to lay out clear brand strategy


5. Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation.


6. Strong creative sensibilities


7. High ownership and passion, and fast action ability


8. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies.
