Role: Senior- Marketing ManagerWeb3.0/ Blockchain. Location: Noida (WFO). - As a Marketing professional, you will design, develop and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, across mediums for demand generation and to drive customer acquisition. - The role will have various deliverables, ranging from a pure product marketing to a multi-faceted Blockchain as a Service Marketing initiatives. - Your key stakeholders will be Head of Business and Head of Brand & Marketing. - You will collaborate with functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Product Marketing: Develop pragmatic positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies to drive product adoption and revenue. - Build customer feedback loop for improvisation of offerings. - B2B Marketing: Design and execute B2B marketing strategies with appropriate action plans for customer segments, driving lead generation and nurturing prospects with customized outreaches. - Branding: Craft and execute compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns. - Community and social media: Build and grow communities across social media platforms, namely Discord, Telegram, Twitter, etc with hands-on approach for strategies tailored to Web3 audiences. - Dashboard: Develop and monitor key metrics including product adoption, customer conversions, lead pipeline, insights from trends etc. Qualifications: - 5+ years' experience in marketing within Web3/Enterprise Tech/ SAAS companies, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company. - Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and methodologies. - Ability to translate and derive actions from market trends and product lifecycle insights. - Hands-on Marketing automation tools, engagement & CRM systems. - Preferable experience in Blockchain/Immersive/Tokenization platforms in SAAS landscape. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. - MBA is a plus.
