Job Description :
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and localization goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of client satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Project Management:
- Monitor project performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management:
- Provide financial forecasts and reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Market Analysis and Trends:
- Proactively recommend innovative localization solutions based on industry best practices.
Client Retention and Growth:
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with key clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry.
- Strong understanding of localization principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
