Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Own the P&L responsibility for the zone, ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Design and execute sales strategies to increase builder and broker participation in Magicbricks' site-visit solutions.
2. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Regional/City Sales Managers and Site Visit Specialists. Build a high-performing sales culture with a focus on accountability and result orientation.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Drive acquisition of new developers, brokers, and channel partners in the zone. Strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts and CXOs in the real estate ecosystem.
4. Business Development & Market Penetration: Expand Magicbricks' footprint in underpenetrated micro-markets. Ensure effective execution of site-visit initiatives to maximize builder ROI.
5. Process & Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, pipelines, and conversion metrics using CRM and reporting tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to drive sales enablement.
