Zonal Business Head/City Head-B2B Sales - MagicBricks - Pune & Mumbai
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Business Head for our Enterprise Accounts division, focusing on broker and builder acquisition.
- This role involves managing and expanding relationships with Category B and C real estate developers and brokers while driving revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight:
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans to exceed business targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within MagicBricks' product suite.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, induct, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive sales performance and foster a culture of excellence aligned with business goals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and swift issue resolution.
Product & Market Development:
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to maintain MagicBricks' market leadership.
Leadership & Execution:
- Lead by example with strong work ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to team empowerment.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.
- Exhibit a proactive and dynamic approach to business, demonstrating market analysis expertise and a strong drive for revenue growth.
Skills & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute preferred.
Experience:
- 8-10 years (Tier-1/Tier-2 MBA) or 10-15 years (Graduate/MBA) in B2B sales.
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce, internet, or media sectors with substantial team leadership.
Revenue Management:
- Proven track record of direct revenue generation in B2B sales, managing at least - 30 Cr in monthly revenue.
Results-Driven:
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and high performance.
Communication:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
Mandatory Competencies:
- Sales Performance Management, People Management, Multitasking, Change Management, Strategic Thinking & Execution.
