Job Title: Zonal Head - D2B Telesales (Outbound Sales)

Location: Noida

Experience: 8-10 years (Minimum 4 years in a Team Leader role)

Job Overview:

- We are at Magicbricks looking for an experienced and dynamic Zonal Head - Telesales to lead and drive our outbound tele sales team.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


- This role involves managing large teams, strategizing sales campaigns, and ensuring high performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales managers and executives to achieve sales targets.

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales KPIs and revenue goals.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans.

- Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and sales techniques.

- Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations, improve conversion rates, and reduce churn.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

- Client Engagement: Handle escalations, improve customer interactions, and ensure high service quality.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 8-10 years in telesales, with at least 4 years in a team leader or managerial role.

- Industry Preference: Experience in Local services and search engine and internet services, BFSI, E-commerce, Real Estate, or SaaS Sales is preferred.

- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead large teams and drive performance.

- Sales Acumen: Expertise in outbound sales, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse data and optimize sales processes.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Diallers, and sales analytics platforms.
