Data Analyst / Executive Founder's Office
Job Summary:
- We are looking for an Executive with a strong background in data analytics, advanced Excel, and Power BI to join our dynamic team.
- As an Executive in our organization, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights from data, creating dashboards, and reporting on key business metrics.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis techniques, the ability to manipulate large data sets, and experience in visualizing data for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and update dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time insights into business performance.
- Advanced Excel Functions: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH) to process and analyze data efficiently.
- Data Visualization: Design interactive and user-friendly reports and dashboards that present data in a clear and impactful way for business stakeholders.
- Data Cleansing & Transformation: Ensure the integrity of the data by performing necessary data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support management with decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field from a reputable business school.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data reporting, or business analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI and advanced Excel.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating reports and dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization best practices.
