Job Summary:
- The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- This includes recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR leader with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the company's workforce is motivated, skilled, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Lead recruitment efforts for all positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they are fully integrated into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees for any HR-related inquiries or concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and addressing workplace conflicts or issues.
- Ensure that the companys policies are followed in a fair and consistent manner.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance management systems, including regular performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Provide recommendations for compensation adjustments and incentives based on performance reviews and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
