Key Responsibilities :
- Establish M1xchange as the market leader in TReDS and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) across the South Zone.
- Develop and execute a 3-year strategic plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the zone.
- Own and manage the zones Profit & Loss (P&L) performance aligned with overall business goals.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in factoring, trade finance, and digital innovation.
- Collaborate with the National Business Head to provide strategic market intelligence and shape product direction.
- Build, lead, and coach a high-performing sales team including Regional Heads, Team Leads, and a total of 20+ CRMs/ARMs.
- Drive adoption of best-in-class sales processes including key account management, digital tools, and bank coordination.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., customer visits, onboarding, activation, throughput) to maximize team productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and capability development.
- Foster deep client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
- Develop and manage key regional partnerships to increase revenue and market share.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Banking, MSME, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across accounts.
- Lead business planning, execution, and monitoring of all sales initiatives in the zone.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and assess portfolio health and growth.
- Design and implement team incentive and recognition programs to drive performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through digitization and implementation of newage digital tools.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and provide strategic insights for improvement.
- Represent M1xchange at key industry events, forums, and conferences across the South Zone.
Candidate Profile :
- 18+ years of experience in corporate relationship management across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, or Corporate Treasury functions.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance.
- Proven track record of leading a distributed team of at least 6 Corporate Relationship Managers across multiple locations.
- Postgraduate degree in Business Management from a reputed institution
