Head of Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships for key raw materials.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.

- Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.

Planning & Forecasting:

- Oversee demand planning, production planning, and material requirements planning (MRP).

- Collaborate with sales and production to align supply with demand fluctuations.

- Manage S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycles.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability.

- Implement inventory control systems (FIFO).

Logistics & Distribution:

- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics (domestic and international).

- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

- Optimize transportation costs and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.

Supply Chain Optimization:

- Drive cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- 12 to 20 years of experience in SCM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in Electronics/PCB.

- Strong knowledge of SAP systems.

- Experience in global sourcing and import/export regulations.
