About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager with a proven track record of success on the Shopify platform.

- This critical role will be responsible for leading our e-commerce optimization initiatives, managing Shopify-based projects, and driving significant improvements in conversion rates and overall business growth.

- The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategist with a deep understanding of user behavior, A/B testing methodologies, and project management best practices within the Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

CRO Strategy Development and Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for our Shopify stores, focusing on improving conversion rates across the entire customer journey.

- Design and execute A/B tests across various touchpoints, including product pages, landing pages, checkout process, and email campaigns.

- Analyze user behavior using a variety of tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Shopify Analytics) to identify areas for improvement and develop data-backed hypotheses.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends and best practices, particularly within the Shopify platform.

Shopify Project Management:

- Plan, manage, and execute Shopify projects related to CRO, including theme updates, app integrations, and custom development initiatives.

- Oversee the implementation of A/B testing tools and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue.

- Analyze data from Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

- Create regular reports on CRO performance, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

- Communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the design, development, marketing, and product teams to align CRO strategies with overall business objectives.

- Effectively communicate CRO results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Shopify Expertise:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, including its features, functionalities, and limitations.

- Stay informed about new Shopify updates, apps, and best practices.

- Be proficient in using the Shopify admin panel, reporting tools, and app integrations.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce projects, specifically focused on CRO.

- Proven track record of successfully improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth on Shopify.

- Strong understanding of CRO methodologies, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analysis.

- Proficiency with Shopify admin, reporting, and app integrations.

- Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Hotjar (or similar).

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
