Senior Campus Recruiter
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Hiring Strategy & Execution:
- Build and execute a strategic campus hiring plan targeting top-tier institutes such as IITs, IIMs, XLRI, FMS Delhi, SP Jain, MDI, NITs, and IISc.
- Coordinate with placement cells, career service offices, and student coordinators to schedule recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and internship selections.
- Represent the company at campus events, virtual sessions, and career fairs.
Relationship Management:
- Leverage existing relationships and continuously build strong connections with placement heads, TPOs, and academic stakeholders in the target institutes.
- Act as the brand ambassador of the company for all campus engagements.
Talent Acquisition - Digital Marketing Profiles:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs in performance marketing, content, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, email/SMS marketing, and design.
- Drive end-to-end hiring for full-time and intern roles within digital marketing functions.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist high-potential candidates from campuses for interviews and assessments.
Process Management & Reporting:
- Design, plan, and execute effective assessment tools to shortlist the right-fit candidates.
- Maintain detailed hiring trackers, performance metrics, and candidate feedback logs.
- Provide post-hiring support to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in campus hiring with a proven track record in top-tier college outreach.
- At least 2 years of experience hiring for digital marketing roles (e.g., SEO, PPC, Paid Ads, Content, Email Marketing, etc.
- Strong pre-existing relationships with placement heads across IITs, IIMs, XLRI, NITs, FMS, MDI, SP Jain, IISc, etc.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing roles, skill sets, and hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tech tools.
- Experience managing employer branding initiatives on campuses
