Position: Social Media Manager

About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of US/North American clients.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance client strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in all major social media platforms and a deep understanding of their unique features and audience dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
