Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition.

Location: Remote.

Shift : 7pm 4am IST (US Time Zone).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition who thrives under pressure, has a proven track record of scaling hiring in fast-paced startups, and has successfully led and developed high-performing recruitment teams. In this critical leadership role, you will own the talent acquisition strategy end-to-end, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent to fuel our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Talent Acquisition:


- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.

Team Leadership:


- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters, sourcing specialists, and coordinators across different business verticals.

Hiring Delivery:


- Manage full-cycle recruitment for leadership, technical, and business-critical roles with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Startup Mindset:


- Set up and optimize agile hiring processes, metrics, and systems from scratch or scale existing ones to meet startup-level growth demands.

Stakeholder Management:


- Partner closely with Founders, Business Heads, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored talent solutions.

Employer Branding:


- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in highly competitive markets.

Process Optimization:


- Implement recruitment best practices, technology tools (e.g., ATS, CRM), and reporting dashboards for continuous improvement.

Diversity Hiring:


- Drive inclusive hiring initiatives to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Performance Under Pressure:


- Maintain calm, focus, and effectiveness while managing multiple roles, competing deadlines, and scaling challenges.

Qualifications:

- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.


- Prior experience in high-growth startups or hyper-growth environments is mandatory.


- Proven ability to successfully manage and mentor a team.


- Demonstrated track record of hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles at scale.


- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting technologies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.


- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.


- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and prioritize competing demands.


- Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, HR certifications) are a plus.
