What You'll Do:

- Own and execute Google Ads strategy with full P&L responsibility.

- Optimize search, display, video, and Performance Max campaigns for maximum conversion and ROI.

- Build and scale ad funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking to maximize customer acquisition.

- Conduct aggressive A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Work directly with C-Level leaders to ensure ad spend is driving predictable revenue growth.

- Keep an unrelenting focus on scaling revenue while keeping CAC under control.

- Experiment, iterate, and move fast - no red tape, no waiting, just action.

What You Bring:

- 5+ years of hardcore Google Ads performance marketing experience.

- Experience managing $500K+ per month in ad spend with profitable ROAS.

- Deep expertise in auction dynamics, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
