Over the years, we have developed a strong customer base in different parts of India both through direct and resale channels. Our team of passionate sales professionals and application technicians are helping our customers to achieve the perfect welding result for their production.

We are looking for a new member for this team, to be working out of our Bangalore office, to help our sales team to achieve their own goals and also fulfil their promises to the customers. To support our team to reach their goals and to ensure that our customers enjoy a great experience from us, we are looking for a new member who can take care of the following responsibilities:

Role and Responsibilities:

Order Management:

- Monitor and track the status of customer orders from quote to delivery.

- Collaborate with production (overseas) & supply-chain team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

- Generate reports on order status for internal teams and management.

- Coordinate with our logistics teams for invoice processing.

Receivables and Collections:





- Monitor customer accounts and inform them on time, so that we receive the payment on or before the due dates.

- Following up with customers and sales teams on outstanding or overdue receivables.

- To issue Debit Note / Credit Note as and when required.

- Invoice management.

- Generate aging reports on regular intervals for management / finance department.

- To ensure monthly / yearly collection targets are met.

Sales Coordinator Functions:

- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Coordinate with internal teams and Management to ensure Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports which will help the team achieve their sales targets.

- Preparing & Submitting offers to customers, on behalf of the sales team.

Customer Support:

- To Communicate with our customers and resolving their issues or to clarify their queries, based on demand.

- To forward or escalate customer queries to the right person or department.
