About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Head Performance Marketing to lead and scale our paid media efforts across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance channels.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment and is ready to take ownership of both strategy and execution while leading a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own and drive the overall paid media strategy for a diverse client portfolio across Google, Meta, and other performance channels.
- Work closely with the leadership team and client servicing teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Plan and oversee campaign structures, audience strategies, targeting, and funnel-based planning to ensure maximum ROI.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation in campaign execution.
- Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team culture.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between departments including creative, analytics, and account management.
Performance Optimization:
- Oversee day-to-day optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and CAC.
- Guide the team in testing ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing page effectiveness to constantly improve campaign outcomes.
- Ensure best practices across platforms are implemented and followed consistently.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Drive data-led decision making by setting up comprehensive reporting frameworks and attribution models.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain clear documentation of campaign performance and optimization strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, presenting performance reports, strategy roadmaps, and growth plans.
- Translate client goals into performance media strategies that deliver tangible business outcomes.
Budget Oversight:
- Manage large-scale advertising budgets across clients, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spend.
- Forecast monthly spends, track budgets, and proactively address any discrepancies or overspends.
Requirements:
- 68 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setup.
- Strong knowledge and certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong command over tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent client communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
