- End to End IB Role - deal origination, execution, negotiation, documentation and transaction closure.
- Preparation of information memorandums, financial models, investment thesis, valuation & pricing strategies, and pitch decks.
Assisting the senior team on M&A / fundraising transactions which will involve the following:
1. Client origination including targeting, pitch preparation, presentation upto mandate conversions
2. Preparing marketing collaterals for investors. Key thing here would be to make the right pitch to investors which will also involve participating in ideating sessions with the management team.
3. Understanding the financial statements of companies and helping present financials in the most appropriate way to investors.
4. Engaging with investors to build their conviction about the opportunity.
5. Advising on a term sheet that will include valuation and key deal terms.
6. Assist in due diligence initiated by investors which will involve collating data, analysis, assessing implications on the deal, etc.
7. Advising on definitive agreements (share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, etc.).
8. Assisting in deal closure.
- Assisting the senior team with business development (BD).
- Researching different sectors and develop an investment thesis to form a view on sectors/ segments that are likely to do well in the future along with appropriate rationale and pursue such sectors to identify BD opportunities.
- Interacting with clients and investors.
- Originating and cultivating relationships with clients, prospective clients, and investors (entrepreneurs / CXOs / PE or VC funds/family offices/ professional advisors).

- Strong ability to understand and interpret financial statements and perform valuation analysis.

Preferred candidates :
- CA/MBA (top tier colleges) with experience in Investment Banking (M&A and capital raising) or experience in FDD with Big 4 or experience with back office investment banking department of bulge bracket IB firms.
