Role & Responsibilities:

- Enterprise Sales Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprises, driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion.

- Solution Selling: Leverage a consultative approach to understand client pain points, present Locobuzzs AI-driven solutions, and demonstrate value in solving complex challenges.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key influencers to drive deal conversions.

- End-to-End Deal Management: Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, and negotiation to closing high-value deals.

- Revenue Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustainable business growth.

- Industry Research & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and enterprise needs to shape sales strategies effectively.

- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experiences.

- CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.

What Were Looking For:

- 4-6 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Martech, CX, or AI-driven solutions.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly valued.

- Proven track record of closing high-value deals with large enterprises.

- Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, and deal negotiation.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation platforms.

- A data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth and digital transformation.

- Knowledge of customer experience, social listening, and omni channel engagement trends is a plus.
