Livspace - Regional Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. The ideal candidate will come from the home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors, with a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects

- Own Customer experience through out the customer journey

- Own project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metrics

- Build and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisors

- Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project execution

- Create, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity

- Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives

Key Requirements:

- 8-12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors

- People with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also apply

- Proven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks

- Process-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments

- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)

- MBA or relevant management certification from a Tier 1 Institute is a plus
