About the Job:

We are looking for a City Lead - Channel Sales to drive engagement, retention, and growth within the Channel Partner (CP) network in Mumbai. The role involves managing CP payouts, maintaining brand reputation, and achieving sales targets. The position is based at the Experience Center, with a combination of on-field work when required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Own and achieve team targets for ECVs (Estimated Contract Value).

- Drive channel sales and confirmed bookings in the city.

- Ensure daily audits for Channel Partner meetings.

- Maintain high-quality customer referrals.

- Build trust-based engagement with channel partners.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Graduate or Postgraduate with relevant experience.

- 3+ years of experience in core Channel Partnership.

- Strong connections with real estate brokers and end customers.

- Ability to motivate teams and drive target achievement.

- Good understanding of real estate brokerage business.
