Liven - Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of Zeemart, driving its strategy, development, and growth. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to enhance the platform's capabilities, improve user experience, and maximize value for our restaurant and supplier partners. Responsibilities:

- Own the Zeemart Product Strategy : Define and execute a roadmap that aligns with Liven's broader vision and Zeemart's unique market needs.

- Enhance Procurement and Supply Chain Solutions: Develop new features that simplify ordering, cost management, and supplier relationships for restaurants.

- Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Work with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build scalable and impactful solutions.

- Leverage Data for Decision-Making : Utilize user insights, analytics, and industry trends to prioritize features and optimize product performance.

- Drive Adoption and Engagement : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to increase Zeemart's reach and effectiveness.

- Optimize for Growth and Scalability : Ensure Zeemart's architecture and functionality support expansion into new markets and customer segments.

Requirements:

- Experience : 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in procurement tech, supply chain, SaaS, or marketplace platforms.

- B2B Product Expertise : Strong understanding of B2B workflows, particularly in procurement and supplier management.

- Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to translate restaurant and supplier pain points into innovative product solutions.

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and business intelligence tools (SQL, Tableau, Mixpanel, etc. ).

- Technical and Operational Understanding : Comfort working with APIs, integrations, and scalable product architecture.

- Agility and Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

- Strong Communication and Leadership : Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
