What we are looking for in the candidate: - A post-graduate from a premier institute who has graduated in 2022 or later - Drive to excel in establishing and managing partnerships - Be data-driven with the ability to sift through data & identify opportunities - Ability to conceptualize new initiatives backed by data and drive execution - Obsession with customer satisfaction which should be at the heart of all initiatives - Candidate with fluency in Kannada will have an added advantage What will your primary responsibilities be: - Identify opportunities and build a network of partner doctors and medical professionals to drive customer acquisition - Nurture & deepen relationships with various stakeholders of the partners. - Own & drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through each of the partners. - Ownership of new initiatives at the partner locations to achieve above objectives - Provide ongoing customer & partner feedback to product team to ensure our offerings exceed their expectations - Collaborate with internal stakeholders for the formulation of strategies and plans for growth. - Identify opportunities to offer new products to our customers.
