What you'll do?
- Help the CEO be as effective as possible in their roles.
- Prepare strategic & Business Analysis on investor meeting reports and policies.
- Ensure the CEO has the necessary information to be able to efficiently manage their meetings.
- Work closely with other members of the executive team on a variety of ad-hoc projects, such as cross functional projects or industry events.
- Through use of strong project management and organizational skills, ensure successful follow through on a wide variety of projects.
- Be the much-appreciated, go-to person that helps the business run smoothly.
- Prepare monthly reports, identify, and resolve all discrepancies.
- Proactively and frequently check in with managers.
- Monthly review meeting - Preparing MIS & PPT by coordinating with HOD's.
- Maintain MIS within depth analysis based on cost and revenue.
- Assist in preparing strategic plan for on-going as well as prospective projects.
- Prepare presentation for monthly/quarterly review.
Who You Need To Be?
- 3 to 6 years Executive Administrative experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Management (Fintech) industries.
- Any Graduate or MBA/CA with Finance from a reputed college.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, able to prepare high impact materials.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively; demonstrates sense of urgency.
- High degree of professionalism and reacts well under pressure.
