
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy across web properties including audits, technical fixes, on-page optimization, and content planning.
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO from metadata to link-building to schema markup.
- Develop scalable keyword strategies and align them with business goals and content plans.
- Stay current with AI-led SEO, voice search, zero-click content, and intent optimization.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (rankings, CTR, bounce rate, Core Web Vitals).
- Collaborate with content, dev, and design teams to execute SEO tactics end-to-end.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven SEO experience in B2B/tech domains.
- Deep understanding of Google Search algorithms, content indexing, crawl budgets, mobile-first SEO, and site architecture.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, GA4, Search Console, etc.
- Knowledge of structured data, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
- Ability to translate SEO insights into business actions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience optimizing for AI search experiences like ChatGPT, SGE, or Bing AI
