- We are seeking a results-driven and strategic SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, and a proven track record of improving organic visibility, traffic, and search rankings.
- As an SEO Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company's content and acquisition strategy while collaborating cross-functionally with content, tech, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Own and lead the end-to-end SEO roadmap, aligning with business objectives and growth KPIs.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions across site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and page speed.
- Define and execute on-page SEO strategies: keyword optimization, content structure, meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and image optimization.
- Manage off-page SEO efforts, including backlink acquisition, link-building campaigns, and domain authority growth.
- Build and maintain SEO guidelines and SOPs across departments.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
- Set up and monitor key SEO metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, bounce rate, conversions, and Core Web Vitals.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc., for performance tracking and insights.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, gap analysis, and trend forecasting to stay ahead in the search landscape.
- Generate detailed monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team to drive SEO-driven content strategies and blog calendars.
- Coordinate with product, tech, and UX teams to implement SEO best practices into platform development and web design.
- Partner with paid marketing and social media teams to ensure omnichannel consistency and maximize reach.
Growth & Innovation:
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry innovations.
- Experiment with new formats (videos, snippets, voice search, zero-click content) and technologies (AI tools, automation).
- Conduct A/B testing on meta tags, titles, landing pages, and CTAs to improve SEO performance.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in high-traffic websites or performance-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, HTML/CSS basics, and site architecture.
- Expertise in tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GTMetrix, and Data Studio.
- Strong command over keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Experience in managing CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or custom stacks.
- Familiarity with JavaScript rendering, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with international SEO, multi-language sites, or local SEO.
- Working knowledge of programmatic SEO, automation tools, or Python for SEO analytics.
- Exposure to ASO (App Store Optimization) if applicable.
