Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Extend offers and negotiate compensation packages.

- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.

- Leverage social media and other digital channels to attract passive candidates.

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Understand the specific needs of each hiring manager and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring goals.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct effective interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Use behavioral interviewing techniques to identify top performers.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

- Generate regular reports on recruitment activity and performance.

Qualifications & Skill Set:

- Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, in an IT Industry.

- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Experience with social media recruiting and sourcing.

- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
