Business Development (Acquisition) for Inspira Realty

Role & responsibilities:

- Identify potential land acquisition opportunities.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis.

- Evaluate the feasibility of potential land acquisitions.

- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts.

- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations.

- Work with local government officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and real estate agents.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

- Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions.

- Monitor and track the progress of land acquisition projects.

- Ensure all land acquisitions are completed within budget and on schedule.

- Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies.

- Collaborate with other departments to align land acquisition efforts with company goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

- Provide support during the closing process of land transactions.

- Can able to handle acquisition on basis of Joint development, joint ventures, outright, etc
