Role:
- As Sales Head for Lemma PHI, you'll drive our go-to-market strategy with a clear mandate: establish Lemma PHI as the most widely used CMS in the global DOOH ecosystem.
- You'll build strategic partnerships with media owners, retail chains, OEMs, and system integrators, directly impacting our global growth trajectory and the future of DOOH technology.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Market Dominance: Lead initiatives to make Lemma PHI the most adopted CMS platform in the DOOH industry.
- Secure Key Accounts: Close strategic deals that significantly expand our market footprint.
- Build Global Reach: Implement data-driven strategies to expand PHI's footprint across international markets.
- Lead Sales Team: Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization focused on results.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of proven success selling enterprise software solutions with quantifiable results.
- Impressive track record of closing significant deals and consistently exceeding numerical targets.
- Experience building and leading sales teams that deliver on aggressive growth metrics.
- Deep understanding of the adtech/DOOH landscape.
- Knowledge of the DOOH CMS ecosystem (advantage).
- Demonstrated success in managing substantial P&Ls with clear ROI focus.
- Natural ability to establish and maintain C-level relationships that convert to signed contracts.
- Strong pipeline management and sales operations expertise with focus on conversion metrics.
