Legal: Contractual role- 6 months and extendable.
Location: Bangalore (on site)
Working days: Mon-Fri and first and last Saturday of the month.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
1. Litigation Management:
- Assist in managing all litigation matters involving the company.
- Responding to notices and sending legal notices.
- Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure effective resolution of disputes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all legal cases and updates.
2. Trademark Protection:
- Safeguard the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks.
- Monitor and address any potential infringements or violations.
- Manage trademark registrations and renewals.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations, including sector-specific requirements.
- Assist in conducting due diligence and compliance audits.
4. Contract Management:
- Draft and review agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Maintain a repository of all executed contracts and agreements.
Skillset:
- The role entails cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., procurement, HR, finance, and operations) therefore must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
