Job Role:
1. To support the creation and writing of wills, gift deeds, and trust deeds for private family trusts;
2. To promote the creation and examination of a range of business contracts, including those pertaining to investments, shareholders, share subscriptions, non-disclosure agreements, leases, sale deeds, and other real estate-related problems;
3. To review the companies' memorandums of agreement, agreements of partnership, LLPs, and other agreements, and provide guidance on the regulatory compliances that apply to them;
4. Collaborating together with different stakeholders to structure and document transactions at every level;
5. Establish and evaluate the effects of recent regulatory changes pertaining to the Companies Act, SEBI, Indian Succession Act, Indian Trusts Act, and LLP Act;
6. Investigating and offering legal advice on a range of general legal, regulatory, and other legal matters;
7. Performing legal due diligence on companies regarding various corporate transactions;
8. Offering legal advice to the business, support functions in connection with equity and equity/debt instruments, private equity transactions, etc.
Job Requirement:
- A law graduate with four to ten years of experience, preferably in corporate law.
- A solid understanding of statutes such as the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and Indian Trusts Act, among others.
- Manages several jobs or projects at once with effectiveness. is adaptable and receptive to change;
- Self-motivation and initiative;
- Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.
