Job Description:

- Proactive engagement with business teams.

- Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts, and discuss with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure that business contracts are aligned with the group's policies, standards, and objectives.

- Provide legal advice and guidance on legal matters, such as data privacy, security, intellectual property, licensing, AI, stamp duty, and regulatory compliance.

- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and issues and escalate them as appropriate.

- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and legal colleagues to support multiple projects and initiatives.

- Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the corporate and commercial law space and best practices.
