Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Counsel with a client of SkanHR located in Bengaluru. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and addressing any legal issues that may arise.

Legal Role :

- Represents company on all internal and external legal issues. Provides a full range of legal advice and services, including legal operations. Completes legal reviews of company documents, policies and procedures. Offers general legal counsel, and may offer specific advice depending on specialization.

- Categories of specialization may include, but are not limited to general law, litigation, commercial, government, employment law, M&A, anti-trust, environmental, real estate, corporate, or agreements and licenses.

- Assists Corporate Legal team to perform any activity in relation to corporate law (including board meetings), to manage and support various audits, including Internal Controls campaigns in dedicated areas (legal & sales) and to ensure compliance with corporate legal practices. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Contract Negotiation skills

- Legal Document Preparation skills

- Experience in providing legal advice

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

- Experience in the Aerospace sector will be a distinct advantage
