Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Lead the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, regular status reports, accurate meeting minutes, actionable item lists, and thorough risk logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication channels between various project teams and business/non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned on project tasks, progress, and dependencies.
- Schedule & Resource Tracking: Proactively monitor project progress against established timelines, meticulously track resource allocation, and promptly identify and flag any potential delays or deviations.
- Meeting Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate all project-related meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing relevant materials, and ensuring key decisions are recorded.
- Data Management & Reporting: Support the collection and analysis of project data to inform robust project reporting and accurate performance tracking for management.
- Methodology Adherence: Ensure all project activities strictly align with established project management methodologies and organizational standards, promoting best practices.
- Project Delivery & Oversight: Drive project execution to achieve defined objectives, ensuring projects deliver intended business value within scope and timelines.
- Risk Identification: Assist in basic risk identification and contribute to preliminary mitigation planning to proactively address potential project hurdles.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying opportunities for improving project management processes and tools for enhanced efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of proven experience in a Project Manager, Project Lead, or Senior Project Coordinator role, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and their practical application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with diverse business and project stakeholders at all levels.
- Superior organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating strong leadership potential.
- Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and ensure adherence to project scope and quality.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
