Position Summary
Lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of strategic learning and development programs that align with business goals. Foster a continuous learning culture, close skills gaps, and enhance workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Needs Analysis
- Identify organizational skill gaps through surveys, interviews, performance metrics, and assessments.
Strategy & Program Design
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy-covering leadership, technical, and soft skills-using instructional design models, adult learning principles, e-learning, workshops, coaching, and blended learning.
Content Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with SMEs to create engaging training materials-presentations, manuals, e-modules. Facilitate sessions both in-person and virtually.
LMS & Technology Management
- Administer the Learning Management System: upload content, track participation, and generate reports. Incorporate latest learning technologies and trends.
Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure program effectiveness via feedback, KPIs, assessments, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with HR, department heads, and external vendors to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Design leadership pipelines, mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and developmental assignments.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Plan, allocate, and manage L&D budgets; negotiate and manage relationships with external providers.
Change Enablement & Learning Culture
- Champion a learning-first culture and support change initiatives through targeted training and agile learning methodologies.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration); Master's preferred.
