Job Title: Leadership Role - UHNI/HNI Client Relationship Management

Experience: 15+ years in wealth management, private banking experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management in the UHNI/HNI segment.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our UHNI/HNI client relationship management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, offering bespoke wealth management solutions, and leading a team of relationship managers to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with UHNI/HNI clients, understanding their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Provide personalized investment strategies and wealth management solutions, including estate planning, tax optimization, and philanthropic advisory.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular portfolio reviews and proactive communication.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth managers, setting performance benchmarks and fostering a culture of excellence and client-centricity.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and service delivery.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UHNI/HNI segment to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that attract and retain high-value clients.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal compliance policies in all client interactions and transactions.
- Monitor client portfolios to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives.
