Leadership Role - Supplier Management

- The chief responsibilities will be of maintaining a master list of suppliers, segmentation of suppliers, evaluation of suppliers & performance assessment and manage engagement activities.

- Supplier Registration & Onboarding- Supplier onboarding in system to be done by MDM cell at master data level. SRM head acts as a custodian of the activity.

- Maintenance of master supplier list: Ensure timely update and maintenance of master supplier list (supported by GBS-MDM)

- Supplier Performance Management - Develop Structured supplier performance criteria (cost, quality, delivery, safety etc.). Establish supplier feedback mechanism. Do periodic reviews and monitor supplier scorecards for timely insights, recognize and develop high-performing suppliers in the priority supplier list.

- Supplier Development - Identify high potential suppliers and execute development agenda.

- Periodically organize conferences with senior representatives of all key supplier

- SAP MM, Ariba

- Supplier Relationship Management- Develop and strengthen supplier relationships through regular interactions, networking in trade shows, supplier meets, supplier recognition events and enable timely supplier grievance addressal by the team.

- Experience in leading large supplier relationships across OPEX & CAPEX
