Your Role:

As a Consulting Principal, you'll engage in diverse business consulting projects within a cross-cultural team. You will be involved in:

- Risk & Finance digital transformation

- Automation opportunity assessment

- Marketing functions blueprinting

- Payments Modernization

- Right Shoring and Target Operating Model Definition

- Portfolio Valuation

You will take on roles in process, functional, and tech strategy consulting, as well as program and change management. Key responsibilities include cultivating client relationships with executives and senior management and contributing to branding, thought leadership, and practice development.

Your Profile:

- MBA from a top-tier business school/Qualified CA with 10-20 years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles within the Financial Services industry.

- Expertise in Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or Risk and Compliance.

- Strong horizontal consulting skills in areas like Agile delivery, Automation, Business Architecture, Business Analysis, Post-merger Integration, Business Strategy, Change Management, Cost Optimization, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Product Implementation, and Program Management.

- Proven experience in large-scale transformation, program management, and change management.

- Experience in client-facing roles with executives and IT teams.

- Ability to drive digital strategy for FSI clients using technologies like AI, Advanced Analytics, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility.

- Proficiency in conceptualizing and launching new solution/service offerings.
