Work model: 5 days from Office (Sat & Sun off).
Shift timings: 12:30pm to 9:30pm.
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead end-to-end transitions, transformations, and solution design for enterprise functions like Finance and HR.
This is a strategic role involving client engagement, project/program management, solutioning, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Program Management:
- Drive delivery of transition and transformation programs, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Lead toll-gate-based transitions using industry best practices.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with project managers to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Provide program status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
Solution Design & Presales:
- Lead RFx responses, solution strategy, due diligence, and operating model design.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable, maintainable, and integrated solutions.
- Support sales teams with solution pitches and client presentations.
Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of delivery and expectations.
- Drive change management initiatives and transformation governance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12+ years of industry experience with 6+ years in solutioning or transition roles.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing skills.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
