Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive our recruitment strategy, streamline hiring processes, and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business hiring needs.

- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure successful execution of hiring plans.

- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce requirements.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer.

- Utilize data-driven recruitment methods, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.

- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

- Establish strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networking platforms.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.

- Monitor and report key hiring metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.

- Experience in employer branding, social media hiring, and campus recruitment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to analyze hiring trends and provide data-driven insights.

- Familiarity with diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in high-growth industries like IT, Healthcare, or Finance.

- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment.

- Strong understanding of global hiring trends and workforce planning.
