Client Middle East based luxury Real Estate client's US subsidiary.
Job Details:
Location: Hyderabad (Onsite).
Reporting to: Senior HR Leader, US.
Experience: 5-10 years in Talent Acquisition, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
Industry: Real Estate, Non-IT, and offshore MNC captive roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, offer release and exit interviews.
- Global stake holder management -Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies with hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Desired Experience:
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree with experience working in an MNC captive setup.
- Exposure to US market hiring and real estate industry (preferred).
- Proven experience managing a team of 1-2 people.
