Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Leadership Hiring) in the Investment Banking / Financial Services sector with our clients.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process for top-level leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand sales and leadership talent needs, and craft strategic hiring plans aligned with revenue and growth goals.
- Source top-performing sales and leadership talent through proactive outreach, market mapping, and leveraging networks across the BFSI industry.
- Assess candidates not just for experience, but for leadership traits, strategic thinking, and ability to drive high performance in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
- Drive structured interview processes, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.
- Act as a talent advisor to leadership, using data and market insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of core talent acquisition experience with a focus on non-tech roles, including sales, operations, or corporate functions.
- Proven track record of success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates through outbound channels for Sales/Leadership roles (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to secure top talent in a fast-paced, competitive hiring landscape.
