Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning:
- Drive succession planning and workforce analytics to address future talent requirements.
Leadership Hiring:
- Recruitment for Leadership Role across infrastructure, EPC, IT, and engineering divisions.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including business heads, project managers, and Project HR partners, to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely talent acquisition.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure fair hiring practices across all levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest recruitment tools and methodologies.
- Managing a Team of TA 4-5 (Currently comprises of 3 TAs)
- Creating strategy for lateral hiring & as well buld hiring for this expansion phase of a company
Experience: Minimum 12-18 years (Prefer EPC, Real estate,MEP, Contracting, Eng,Data Center)
