About the role:
- Were hiring a Lead - TA & Ops to solve a uniquely complex and high-impact problem:
- Rapidly scaling field and operations hiring across India while maintaining quality, reducing attrition, and building a future-ready workforce.
- This isnt just a sourcing role its a builders mandate.
- Youll rethink how India hires for frontline EV infrastructure and field service roles, and help build the operational backbone of a sector-defining company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end hiring for frontline and ops roles site engineers, technicians, ground ops, field support, and more.
- Build sustainable hiring engines tap into ITIs, polytechnic colleges, gig-to-full-time conversions, skill development programs, rural outreach, and digital sourcing.
- Drive quality at scale create hiring frameworks, SOPs, tools, and metrics that align with both volume and excellence.
- Monitor and improve funnel KPIs: source mix, TAT, offer-join ratio, cost per hire, and post-joining retention.
- Act as a strong business partner to Operations, HR, and City/Regional Leads ensuring hiring is always ahead of demand.
- Lead a small but agile TA team, instilling a high-ownership, execution-first culture.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in TA or Ops hiring in sectors like EV, logistics, QSR, renewables, manufacturing, or other scale-heavy industries.
- Hands-on experience in blue/grey collar or field ops hiring across diverse geographies.
- Builder mindset you solve from first principles, not templates.
- Strong analytical and execution skills you know your funnel, and you drive results.
- Deep empathy for ground teams and a passion for building meaningful livelihoods.
- Willingness to travel or stay closely connected with field and city-level needs
