Lead - Talent Acquisition

Role Summary:


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for IT Domestic Staffing.

This role is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment delivery process, ensuring the timely fulfillment of client requirements, managing a team of recruiters, and optimizing operations to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, client management skills, and a deep understanding of domestic staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Delivery Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic staffing, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Assign and manage job requisitions among recruiters based on priority and expertise.

- Track and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure efficient performance and achievement of hiring goals.

- Work closely with recruiters to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Implement best practices and strategies to optimize sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to maximize their efficiency and performance.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and keep them updated on industry trends.

- Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to foster growth.

- Drive team motivation and create a high-performance work culture.

Operational & Strategic Execution:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve delivery efficiency.

- Leverage technology and recruitment tools to enhance productivity.

- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce allocation.

- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal staffing regulations.

Skills:

- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis.

Education & Experience:

Education: A bachelor's and master's degree in a related field is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic staffing
