The Talent Acquisition Lead, will be responsible to lead our Global Talent Attraction and Acquisition strategy and implementation, across all our Regional offices. This is a leadership role, and is critical in shaping the current performance and future of our employer brand. The incumbent will direct the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of all global initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent across diverse geographies and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent Acquisition strategy implementation: Collaborate with Functional Heads to forecast, plans and execute the global Talent / Manpower needs .
- Collaborate with Country Heads and Business units to refine and evolve function-specific recruitment strategies. Streamline the global hiring process to enhance efficiency and quality of hires.
- Executive Recruitment: Individually oversee the recruitment lifecycle for executive-level positions internally and with external search partners, when needed.
- Employer Branding: Partner with Marketing to build a global employer brand deploy an impactful EVP strategy.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and support to facilitate the professional growth and performance of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of apparel and fashion industry talent trends and market dynamics, offering insights and market intelligence to senior leadership from time to time. Oversee external agency relationships, including contract negotiations, reviewing efficiency of vendor partners, globally.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition function. Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Prior Experience of 8+ years in managing talent Acquisition across Non tech Industries .
- Deep understanding of TA trends and best practices, sourcing and selection processes.
- At least 3 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams. Experience in building and managing high-performing teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and/or external partners.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to modify level of detail and transparency in communications, depending on audience.
- Exposure to souring / working with global recruiters and in international markets.
- Execution Excellence and drive for results. Passion for building impactful programs. A good degree of initiative and resilience, will be critical skills for the role.
- Good business partnering acumen with the ability to understand the company's goals and translate them into actionable talent acquisition plans.
- Experience with working in an international company, interacting and communicating across various cultures and experience with managing a multi-country scope.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
