We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead to take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to hiring strategy execution.


This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in technical and non-technical hiring across multiple domains, including engineering, marketing, product management, and sales.


As a TA Lead, you will collaborate closely with leadership to build and refine recruitment strategies that attract the best talent in the industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across the organization.


- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and workforce planning.


- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


- Utilize data-driven insights and performance metrics to continuously refine hiring processes and improve efficiency.


Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:


- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier candidates through proactive sourcing methods.


- Leverage progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other online networking platforms.


- Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates, passive talent, and industry professionals.


- Build partnerships with top-tier engineering schools and business schools to attract fresh talent.


Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:


- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance SocialPilot's employer brand and position it as an employer of choice.


- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing strategies.


- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent and engaging communication throughout the hiring process.


Collaboration & Process Improvement:


- Work cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and hiring managers to align recruitment goals with business objectives.


- Implement and improve ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment workflows for efficiency.


- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative hiring methodologies to continuously enhance the recruitment process.


- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in hiring practices to ensure a well-rounded and diverse workforce.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


- 5-8 years of experience in technical and non-technical talent acquisition within fast-paced organizations.


- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.


- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.


- Deep understanding of recruitment analytics, hiring metrics, and data-driven decision-making.


- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
