To drive end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and cost performance improvement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in supply chain strategy, forecasting, production and distribution planning, and process optimization. The role requires strategic leadership in driving automation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of supply chain functions.

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related fields.

- Experience: 15+ years in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, logistics, or operations (preferably in FMCG). Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Technical skills: Expertise in ERP & supply chain tools (SAP, APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.).

- Data skills: Strong data analytics capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning

- Lead the demand forecasting process to ensure accurate and data-driven projections based on historical trends, market intelligence, and real-time business inputs.

- Utilize AI-powered forecasting tools and predictive analytics to refine demand signals and enhance forecast accuracy.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and category teams to integrate business insights into the demand planning process.

- Implement range-based forecasting models to reduce demand variability and improve planning accuracy.

- Drive KPI improvements across the supply chain incl. forecast accuracy, inventory turns, OTIF etc.

- Develop a robust demand-planning framework to align inventory management with market demand, minimizing overstock and stock out risks.

Supply Planning & Production Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply planning strategy that aligns production capabilities with market demand.

- Oversee production planning across multiple manufacturing sites and contract-manufacturing units to ensure capacity utilization and efficiency.

- Ensure on-time production scheduling and raw material availability to prevent disruptions.

- Implement Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization (MEIO) to maintain optimal stock levels across the supply chain network.

- Drive Supply Chain Automation through SAP IBP, APO SNP, and other advanced planning tools to enable seamless, touchless planning processes.

Distribution & Logistics Strategy:

- Optimize distribution network design to ensure 96%+ customer order fill rates while minimizing costs.

- Manage inventory across warehouses, distribution centres , and last-mile delivery points, ensuring efficient stock movement.

- Implement network optimization models to enhance service levels while reducing transportation costs.

- Work closely with logistics and 3PL partners to drive efficiencies in transportation and warehousing.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP):

- Lead the S&OP process by integrating cross-functional teams to drive alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, and financial goals.

- Conduct monthly demand and supply review meetings to ensure seamless planning execution and risk mitigation.

- Develop data-driven insights and scenario-based planning to proactively manage demand-supply fluctuations.

- Enhance supply chain visibility and agility through the adoption of real-time analytics and dashboards.

- Strengthen collaboration between business units, suppliers, and distribution teams to ensure end-to-end synchronization.
