Supply Chain & Distribution
- Design and implement SOPs, policies, and stakeholder frameworks across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
- Drive sourcing strategies: Vendor/CMO identification, onboarding, procurement,
and performance management.
- Lead distribution planning, 3PL partner management, and logistics optimization to improve TAT and reduce cost.
- Ensure efficient stock movement and storage to minimize expiry, stock-outs, and inventory holding.
System Implementation
- Build out robust system architecture via ERP, OMS, WMS platforms.
- Own requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live processes to enable smooth adoption.
- Familiarity with tools such as Vinculum, Unicommerce, E-Cubix ERP, Logic ERP, Asana is preferred
Demand Planning & Analytics
- Forecast demand using historical data, seasonality trends, and external market data (e.g. IQVIA).
- Build Excel-based MIS tools and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Production
teams.
- Drive data-driven decisions through real-time analytics and predictive models.
Sales Operations & GTM
- Lead the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and P&L alignment.
- Support GTM execution for new product launches and category expansion.
- Develop sales incentive programs, build performance review cycles, and enable growth in D2C, GT & MT channels.
- Partner with marketing teams to drive market activation and POS performance.
What Were Looking For
- 6-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Sales Ops - preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or D2C environments.
- Strong exposure to ERP/OMS systems and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to design and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Passion for innovation, efficiency, and scaling purpose-driven products.
