Lead - Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Supply Chain Planning:

- Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.

Supply Chain Management:

- Oversee the entire supply chain process, optimizing cost, quality, and speed with data driven insights.

- Plan, manage, develop and control all logistic processes including transportation, material control, warehousing and dispatches to distribution network to ensure finished products' OTIF.

Quality, Compliance and Risk Management:

- Lead Supply Chain Quality for India in partnership with Quality Assurance function to establish and maintain quality control processes in Product Safety and Hygiene.

- Establishing good liaison with transport suppliers, shippers and government officials.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.

Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members. Develop leadership capability and next line leadership within the team.

- Lead cross-functional meetings to review and resolve supply chain challenges, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged in decision-making
